Program introduction

According to the current Hong Kong Mainland Talent Admission Plan, if mainlanders meet the qualification requirements of the plan, they can first establish a company in Hong Kong and then apply for a Hong Kong visa as a professional (hereinafter referred to as the "Hong Kong Professional Immigration Application"). The main applicant can apply at the same time His/her spouse and unmarried children under the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as the “sub-applicant”) come to settle in Hong Kong.

Application requirement 

(1) Establishing a company in Hong Kong;

(2) Draft the company’s business plan for the next two years, including business and product details and plans, office opening plans, employee recruitment plans, company income and expenditure plans, etc.;

or

(1) Employed by a Hong Kong company

 

(1) There are no security reasons for rejecting the application, and the applicant does not have any known serious criminal record;

 

(2) Applicants holding a bachelor's degree in the relevant field may also be accepted under special circumstances if they have good technical qualifications, proven professional abilities, and/or documented relevant experience and achievements;

 

(3) The applicant must have been successfully employed, and the job must be related to his or her academic qualifications or work experience, and the job must not be easily filled by locals;

 

(4) Remuneration and benefits (including income, housing, medical care and other fringe benefits) must be broadly consistent with the prevailing market remuneration and benefits for professionals in Hong Kong; and

 

(5) The applicant’s business in Hong Kong can make a significant contribution to the Hong Kong economy. The Immigration Department will consider various factors, including (but not limited to) business plan, turnover, financial resources, investment amount, and jobs created locally. quantity, as well as the introduction of new technologies or skills, etc.
